Full job description

Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and business associates.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Guest Management

• As the face of the organisation, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression while ensuring seamless front-office operations and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the organisation.
• Welcome and assist clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Ensure every visitor receives a warm and premium hospitality experience.
• Manage visitor registrations and maintain guest records. Coordinate client appointments and meeting schedules.

Client Experience Management

• Create a positive and memorable experience for walk-in clients.
• Assist clients with basic information regarding products, services, and appointments. Coordinate refreshments and hospitality arrangements for guests and business meetings.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Absolute fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a welcoming personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
