We’re looking for a proactive and well-presented individual to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-desk experience.
  • Coordinate dispatch and courier activities — maintain records, track deliveries, and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and document flow efficiently.
  • Support HR and Admin departments with scheduling, filing, and basic office management tasks.
  • Responsible for maintenance of all office assets such as air conditioners, EPABX system, telephone lines, office automation equipment, printing, stationery, etc.
  • Responsible for maintenance of office cars and their expense records.
  • Looking after contracts and their renewals.
  • Maintenance of leave records, irregular check-ins/check-outs, and late-coming.
  • Supervision of all housekeeping activities.


 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in front office or administrative support.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Email handling).
  • People/team building skills.
  • Social skills.
  • Time management skills.
