We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. You will handle front desk duties, manage appointments, and support daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling.
