Responsibilities
 

  • Greet and welcome visitors promptly and professionally at the front desk.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and support.
  • Manage email correspondence to ensure timely and clear communication with clients and internal departments.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents, maintain records, and support administrative tasks.
  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and support customer relationship management.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues using effective problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules, managing time effectively to support smooth office operations.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping to ensure accurate and organized information management.
  • Maintain the front office area to project a professional image and create a welcoming environment.
  • Handle multitasking demands by efficiently managing multiple phone lines, visitors, and administrative duties simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to support overall business functions.
  • Adapt to working night shifts while maintaining high performance and professionalism.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to confidentiality, customer service, and office safety.
  • Report any technical issues with office equipment or software to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
