📣 We're Hiring: Front Sales Executive (Design & Development Agency)

Location: Onsite — North Nazimabad, Karachi
Timing: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Earning Goal: $5,000–$7,000 per month through Bark leads + cold calling

💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, English-fluent Front Sales Executive who can confidently close international clients for Website Design, WordPress Development, Branding, and eCommerce services.

Your main responsibility will be:
✔ Handling Bark.com inbound leads
✔ Running outbound cold calling campaigns
✔ Closing US/UK clients for high-value projects
✔ Building predictable monthly revenue

🎯 What We Expect

Strong experience in international sales (US/UK preferred)

Confident communication + objection handling

Ability to pitch digital services effectively

Experience with Bark, Upwork, cold calling, or agency sales is a BIG plus

Consistency in achieving monthly revenue targets ($5k–$7k)

Ability to work onsite during night shift

📈 Responsibilities

Respond to Bark leads instantly with strong proposals

Conduct sales calls, discovery calls, and demos

Convert warm + cold prospects into paying clients

Maintain CRM and daily sales pipeline

Hit weekly and monthly closing targets
