Role Description

We’re seeking a few resourceful, self-motivated team players who are ready to take charge and help us shape the future of Fly-Inn. This is a full-time, fully remote role for React.js/Next.js Frontend and Backend Developers that requires experience, knowledge, and strong organizational skills. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to frontend and backend development, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features. You’ll collaborate with the team to bring our vision to life and play a key role in driving our technology to new heights as we completely replace the website that is currently serving us.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and proficiency in React.js/NextJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (3+ years)
• Experience with back-end development technologies is a (plus).
• Experience with front-end development technologies if applying for a front-end position
• Knowledge of version control/Git and package managers
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow through on deadlines
• Native-level English for clear and nuanced communication
• Key Traits: Exceptional intelligence and common sense, logical yet highly creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work during designated hours, follow directions, and be very punctual.
• Work Tools: have a reliable laptop with strong internet.
