Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over four years of experience specializing in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), along with strong proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing intelligent, scalable digital applications that incorporate AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation tools. These solutions will serve various industries including pharmaceuticals, logistics, retail, and food services, aiming to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Build backend services with Python and integrate machine learning models into digital products. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that seamlessly interface with internal systems such as ERP and POS. Collaborate closely with data scientists to deploy AI use cases including classification, forecasting, and natural language processing (NLP). Assist in the development or integration of chatbot solutions for applications like customer service and order tracking. Participate actively in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and code reviews. Ensure adherence to best practices concerning code quality, performance optimization, and security. Document application workflows, APIs, and system architecture comprehensively to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant full stack development experience, particularly with the MERN stack and Python. Strong command of frontend technologies including React.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Backend expertise with Node.js (Express.js) and Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django. Experience working with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Familiarity with AI/ML Python libraries like scikit-learn, OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Basic knowledge of chatbot frameworks or platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom NLP solutions. Proficiency with DevOps tools including Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, and foundational cloud deployment skills on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
