Full-Stack Developer (React & Node.JS)

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining various components of our integration platform. This position involves building scalable backend services and creating responsive frontend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define new features and integration points, while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and thorough testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain components of the integration platform to support business needs.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js frameworks.
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly frontend applications with React.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to define features and integration requirements.
- Optimize application performance and maintain clean, maintainable codebases.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software reliability.
- Participate actively in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience working extensively with React and Node.js.
- Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Strong knowledge of React fundamentals including JSX, Hooks, Context API, and React Router.
- Experience with Redux for state management and creating reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks and techniques to optimize frontend performance.
- Expertise in designing and building scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming patterns, authentication protocols like JWT and OAuth, and WebSocket communication.
- Experience managing middleware, file handling, and error management in backend development.
