Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Fundraising Consultant to drive fundraising strategy, grant writing, donor engagement, and revenue generation for key projects and clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands the nonprofit and social impact landscape and thrives in building meaningful relationships that convert into long-term funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Grant Writing: Craft winning proposals every week for our non-profit and for-profit clients.

• Fundraising Strategy: Design and implement fundraising strategies that align with our clients' mission and organizational goals.

• Donor Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential individual donors, corporate partners, and grant-giving institutions.

• Outreach: Conduct regular outreach through email LinkedIn, and virtual/in-person meetings

• Reporting & Project Management: Track all activities, maintain donor records, and prepare reports on fundraising performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with program and communication teams to align messaging and demonstrate impact to funders.

Qualifications

• Impeccable English skills, both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships.

• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with prospect research tools, and donor management softwares.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Passion for social impact and alignment with Eternal Sparks’ mission and values.

• Creativity in approaching fundraising from both traditional and innovative angles.
