Job Description

Aligarh Public School is looking for a committed and experienced Gardener to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school’s outdoor areas, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and visually appealing. This role involves working on-site to support the upkeep and beautification of the school grounds, contributing to a welcoming environment for students and staff alike. Prior experience in a reputable organization or institution is essential, along with a strong understanding of gardening and landscaping practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor plants through regular watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding.
- Keep all outdoor areas, including pathways and green spaces, clean and tidy.
- Monitor the health of plants and promptly report any issues such as pests or diseases to management.
- Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects aimed at enhancing the school’s environment.
- Operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a gardener within a well-reputed organization or institution.
- Age range between 30 to 40 years.
- Ability to work on-site and perform the physical tasks associated with gardening.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping, and garden maintenance techniques.
