Job Description

This position demands effective communication and patient interaction skills to ensure a positive patient experience and to facilitate a clear understanding of medical conditions and treatment options. You are expected to manage emergency care situations efficiently, demonstrating your ability to make prompt and sound clinical decisions in urgent cases. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to accommodate shift schedules and provide continuous patient care. The role requires at least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient department (OPD) or walk-in patient settings, strengthening your capability to manage diverse medical cases. Although this position does not involve managing a team, effective coordination with healthcare professionals and administrative staff is essential to ensure seamless patient services.

Responsibilities
 

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic interviews to accurately determine patient health status.
• Examine, diagnose, and treat walk-in patients presenting with various medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and recommend necessary diagnostic tests or investigations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic medical records for all patient encounters.
• Provide preventive healthcare services and health counseling tailored to individual patient needs.
• Refer patients to medical specialists or higher-level care facilities when specialized intervention is required.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical guidelines, and safety standards at all times.
• Manage emergency situations effectively with timely and appropriate medical interventions.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to educate them about treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Work flexible shifts to provide consistent and accessible patient care around the clock.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and administrative personnel to coordinate patient services and optimize care delivery.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and continuously improve clinical skills through ongoing education and training.
