In this role, you will create and evaluate content used to train AI systems. Your work may involve writing structured prompts, reviewing AI-generated responses, creating high-quality reference answers, and performing different AI training and evaluation tasks.

This is ideal for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable adapting to different types of tasks in a flexible, independent work environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to AI training in the following ways:

• Response Evaluation: Review and rank AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, reasoning, and overall quality
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analyze information to support different AI training tasks
• Quality Control: Identify errors and ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness across tasks

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms

Engagement & Compensation

• Role Type: Freelance
• Location: Fully Remote
• Compensation: $15/Hour (Based on skill and assessment)
• Payments: Bi-weekly

Projects may be extended based on performance and business needs.
