The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology. You won’t be managing people — you’ll be building systems that make our commercial teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
Based in our Karachi office, you’ll work closely with the leadership teams at both Get Licensed and eCert to design and run the automation and AI infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion. Think of yourself as the person who connects the dots between data, tools, and revenue.
What you will be doing
Lead & Pipeline Intelligence
- Own end-to-end lead generation for the brand — building and managing the pipelines that consistently deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and taking accountability for converting those into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). These conversion rates are your KPIs to own, report on, and improve.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure leads generated through paid (PPC) and organic (SEO) channels are properly captured, scored, and routed into HubSpot so no inbound interest is ever wasted.
- Pull and enrich lead data from sources like Companies House, Snow, security-based web platforms, CQC (Care Quality Commission), and LinkedIn to build high-quality prospect lists.
- Build automated lead scoring models that rank and prioritize prospects so our sales team always calls the best leads first.
- Set up systems that flag when a business is showing buying signals — things like inspection failures, compliance issues, or company growth.
Outreach & Automation
- Use tools like GitHub, Make.com (Integromat), HubSpot, and the Claude AI API to build automated email and outreach sequences that feel personal, not spammy.
- Create AI-generated personalized outreach messages at scale — tailored to each prospect’s business context and compliance situation.
- Build and maintain the workflows that move leads through the pipeline automatically based on their behavior and engagement.
CRM & Reporting
- Own our HubSpot CRM setup — keeping it clean, structured, and populated with the right data so the sales team has everything they need at a glance.
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue forecasting.
- Log AI-generated insights and outreach outcomes automatically so nothing falls through the cracks.
Tools & Infrastructure
- Research, test, and implement new GTM tools — always looking for ways to make our sales and marketing engine more effective.
- Integrate data sources, APIs, and platforms together so our commercial stack works as one connected system.
- Document the systems you build so processes are repeatable and the team isn’t dependent on one person.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Proven experience owning MQL-to-SQL conversion — you understand what makes a lead sales-ready, you’ve tracked these metrics before, and you know how to improve them.
- Hands-on experience with PPC (Google Ads or similar) and a working knowledge of SEO principles — you don’t need to be a specialist, but you need to understand how these channels generate demand and how to maximize the quality of leads they produce.
- Experience with CRM platforms — HubSpot strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with no-code/low-code automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or similar).
- Able to work with data — pulling lists, cleaning spreadsheets, building reports. You don’t need to be a developer, but you need to be confident with data.
- Strong written English — you’ll be reviewing and prompting AI-generated copy.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they can be applied commercially.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior experience in a SaaS, edtech, or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar).
- Experience in lead enrichment tools (Apollo.io, Clay, Phantombuster, or similar).
- Basic understanding of UK business data sources — Companies House, CQC, or sector databases.
- Light coding ability (Python or JavaScript) — useful but not essential.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you’ll have:
- Audited and cleaned our HubSpot CRM and set up a structured lead scoring system.
- Launched at least one automated outreach sequence using AI-generated personalization.
- Built a live pipeline dashboard that the sales team is actively using.
- Mapped out and begun implementing a lead sourcing workflow for at least one of our key markets.
