Job Description

We are looking for a talented GoHighLevel & Email Marketing Specialist to manage CRM automations, pipeline workflows, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have experience integrating website forms from platforms such as Wix, WordPress, or custom-built sites with GoHighLevel using Zapier or similar tools. This role requires designing end-to-end workflows and executing effective SMS and email campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automated task creation to optimize marketing and sales operations.
- Develop and launch SMS and email marketing campaigns within the GoHighLevel platform.
- Integrate website forms from Wix, WordPress, or custom sources with GoHighLevel using Zapier or native integrations to capture and nurture leads efficiently.
- Create lead nurturing sequences, automated follow-ups, and reminder systems to ensure consistent communication with prospects and clients.
- Implement dashboards, missed call text-back features, and client onboarding sequences to improve customer experience and operational workflows.
- Monitor campaign deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- Produce detailed performance reports and suggest actionable improvements to optimize marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation.
- Strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices, including compliance and engagement techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to connect Wix, WordPress, or custom website forms to GoHighLevel using Zapier or similar automation tools.
- Solid understanding of pipelines, triggers, task assignments, and follow-up automation within CRM systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving integration or workflow issues promptly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and collaborating with team members.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing relevant GoHighLevel projects and successful campaign management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with additional automation platforms such as n8n is an advantage.
- Knowledge of email deliverability optimization and list segmentation strategies.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates or landing pages are beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 100,000 per month, based on experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 3 AM. The role provides a professional and growth-oriented environment with hands-on exposure to international clients, primarily from the U.S., and advanced marketing systems.
