Graphic Designer

Horizon Tech is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to support ongoing design and production artwork needs for t-shirts, apparel, and promotional products. This is a part-time role to start, with a strong chance to move into a full-time position based on performance, quality, and consistency. The work is heavily focused on Adobe Illustrator, including logo cleanup, vector files, and digitizing-style redraws for production-ready output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit artwork for t-shirts/apparel and promotional products primarily in Adobe Illustrator.
• Vectorize and digitize logos and artwork (convert JPG/PNG/PDF into clean, editable vector files).
• Clean up and refine existing logos (rebuild curves, spacing, alignment, simplify paths, ensure scalability).
• Prepare print/production-ready files and deliver in required formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG).
• Set up layouts for decoration placement (front/back/chest, sizing, alignment) and create basic proofs for approval.
• Ensure files meet production standards (clean outlines, correct colors, organized layers, consistent typography).
• Manage multiple requests and revisions with quick turnaround and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required).
• Demonstrated experience with logo recreation, vectorization, and cleanup (required).
• Experience designing for t-shirts/apparel and understanding print constraints (line weight, color limitations, scalability).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, accurate vector artwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines and handle revisions professionally.
• Reliable availability, responsiveness, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Portfolio required (must include vector/logo work and apparel or merchandise-related examples).

• Job Timings: Night shift following PST time zone (Part-time).
