YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible to answer all mail queries on priority basis regarding new layouts/ Sampling/Production/VIPS/GPM layouts on daily basis.
• Responsible to check out the layouts of previous day on daily basis.
• Responsible to coordinate with GPD Department for the initial layout as per required.
• After receiving the PDF file from GPD department of layout, compare it with the CS mail and prepare Layout accordingly.
• Develop Production mapping layout & sampling as per given BOM details.
• Send Layout to Proof reader for analyzing & proofread.
• After getting the approval of layout, share this with CS department to get the Client’s approval.
• Operate Tracking software and attached sheet with the plate and film according to
• the Production Sheet on daily basis.
• Record Layouts/Correction & Layout/Sampling/Production Log Sheets on daily basis.
• Ensure 5S implementation at personal level and with organizational team on daily basis.
• Need to complete the Cross Functional Project as required.
• Generate the layout through System Software Auto Typeset.

EDUCATION:

• Intermediate / Diploma in Graphics.
• 5+ years’ experience in Graphics Technical Field.
