Graphic Designer + Video Editor

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a background in real estate to create visually compelling marketing material — property brochures, social media creatives, listing videos, and promotional campaigns that elevate our brand and drive engagement.

Responsibilities
Design property brochures, flyers, banners, and social media creatives; edit and produce promotional/listing videos and reels; work with AI-powered design and video tools to speed up production and elevate creative quality; collaborate with the marketing and content team on campaign visuals; maintain brand consistency across all design output.

Requirements
Prior experience in the real estate industry preferred; strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway ML, and Adobe Firefly (or similar); a strong design portfolio showcasing real estate or similar commercial work; good eye for detail, layout, and brand consistency; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Attractive salary package based on experience and skill level.
