Graphic Designer + Video Editor (Paid Internship)

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting visually compelling graphics and delivering outstanding UI/UX designs tailored to our clients’ needs and project requirements. This role demands strong visual design capabilities, proficiency in leading graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma, as well as a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of websites.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and develop innovative design concepts that align with their goals. You will be expected to test and refine website designs continuously to ensure an optimal user experience and seamless functionality across devices. A solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) is essential to effectively implement and manage your designs within various platforms.

You will also apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ensure that designs contribute positively to search engine rankings. Addressing and resolving cross-browser compatibility issues will be a critical part of your role to guarantee consistent performance across different web browsers.

Staying updated with international web standards, protocols, and emerging technologies is vital to keep our designs fresh and competitive. Effective communication with both team members and clients is necessary to maintain alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least two months of professional experience specifically in web design, complemented by a minimum of one year of practical design experience supported by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Proficiency in graphic design and wireframing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma is mandatory.

Strong verbal communication skills in English are required to facilitate clear interactions with clients and internal teams. Exceptional visual design skills combined with a deep understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles are essential to deliver high-quality work. Knowledge of content management systems and SEO best practices is necessary to ensure your designs are both functional and discoverable. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Fluency in English and demonstrated experience in web design will be highly preferred. This position is based in Nazimabad, Karachi, with office hours from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM. We offer a full-time role with a monthly salary of Rs 20,000.
