Job Title: Graphic Designer & Animator (Full-Time | Remote to Onsite Transition)

Location: Remote (Pakistan) — transitioning to onsite within the next few months
Pay: PKR 190,000 to 200,000 per month
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time)

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Animator to bring our brand to life through visually stunning static and motion designs. You will craft compelling visuals for digital, print, and multimedia platforms—blending creativity with technical expertise to engage audiences and elevate our brand identity. This role requires proficiency in both graphic design and animation, plus hands-on experience creating 3D renderings for marketing and branding use.

Work Arrangement (Important)

This position will start remotely, but candidates must be comfortable transitioning to an onsite role within the next few months once our onsite setup is finalized.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, banners, brochures, and branding materials.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all assets (color schemes, typography, imagery).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.

Animation & Motion Graphics

• Create dynamic animations, explainer videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media, ads, presentations, and websites.
• Storyboard ideas and animate characters, logos, and infographics to enhance storytelling.
• Edit video content (e.g., trimming, transitions, sound synchronization) for polished final outputs.

3D Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D renderings for products, environments, concepts, or promotional visuals as needed.
• Develop 3D assets and scenes, apply textures/materials, lighting, and rendering for realistic or stylized outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to produce 3D visuals aligned with campaign and brand goals.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX/UI) to align designs with campaign goals.
• Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Optimize file formats and resolutions for various platforms (web, mobile, print).
• Archive and organize design files for easy access and reuse.

Required Skills

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong proficiency in 3D rendering tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya)
• Experience creating 3D renderings (product renders, environments, mockups, concept visuals, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + animation/motion + 3D work
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field (preferred)
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and animation
• Language: English (Fluent) — Required
• Work Location: Remote initially; must be able to transition to onsite within the next few months
