About the job

We are currently planning to establish commercial field trials and demonstration plots of hybrid vegetable seeds across different agricultural regions of Pakistan.

For this purpose, we are looking to connect with progressive, commercial and technically capable vegetable growers/farmers who have experience in hybrid vegetable production and may be interested in hosting field trials on their farms.

We would highly appreciate it if you could share contacts of suitable farmers/growers from the following regions:

Farmer Profile We Are Looking For:

Preferably, farmers who:

- Are commercially producing vegetables

- Have experience with hybrid vegetable seeds

- Have suitable land and irrigation facilities

- Are willing to conduct company trials

- Can follow recommended crop/seed protocols

- Maintain reasonable farm records

- Have good access to local vegetable markets

- Are progressive and open to testing new genetics

- Can potentially host demonstration plots and farmer field days

- Have good influence/network among surrounding vegetable growers

The purpose is to develop a long-term B2B relationship with selected growers for hybrid vegetable seed trials, demonstrations and commercial evaluation.
