Growth Marketing Manager (E-commerce & Fashion)

Location: P&T Society, Korangi, Karachi
Timings: Monday - Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Montivo is one of Pakistan's fastest-growing fashion e-commerce brands, and we're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can help take our brand to the next level.

We're not looking for someone who only runs ads - we're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, finds growth opportunities, and executes them.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase online sales.
• Identify and grow new customer acquisition channels beyond Meta Ads.
• Plan and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Work closely with creators, influencers, and UGC partners.
• Plan and manage exhibitions, pop-up events, and offline marketing activities.
• Increase brand awareness through creative marketing campaigns.
• Improve customer retention, referrals, and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with the creative team on high-performing content ideas.
• Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data.
• Explore new partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, research, automation, and productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and scaling brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google, influencer marketing, email/SMS marketing, SEO, and other customer acquisition channels.
• Experience creating and executing content strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Self-driven, creative, and execution-focused.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion or e-commerce brands.
• Experience managing exhibitions, brand activations, or events.
• Knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
