The Aga Khan University Hospital is a not-for-profit healthcare institute that offers all medical services to their patients under one roof. In addition to the tertiary care hospital in Karachi, AKUH has a network of 4 secondary care hospitals, 30+ Medical Centres, and over 300+ Clinical Laboratories, 30+ Pharmacies in over 120+ cities across Pakistan. Job Role / Responsibilities:

You are required to:
providing leadership in executing quality patient care by improving patients clinical outcomes
Ensuring patient focused care by improving coordination through a multidisciplinary team
approach for 24/07 operations striving for continuous quality improvement in patient care
supporting staff development activities of all employees 
managing Human and material resources of the assigned service
ability to build more efficient, effective and highly motivated team to work for the patient care service.
 


Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You should have:
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school, preferably a Master’s degree in the same field, and a valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council
at least four years of relevant experience, of which at least two years of experience should be at a nursing management level
certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, and Paediatric Advance Life Support (PALS)
excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
willingness to work in shift duties (mornings, evenings and nights).
