A prestigious university in Karachi is looking for a Head of Admissions Strategy & Performance to lead its admissions operations and drive enrollment growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, analyzing data to optimize recruitment efforts, and managing a high-performing admissions team. This role demands a strong focus on improving conversion rates, streamlining recruitment processes, and working closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment with the university’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire admissions strategy and daily operations to achieve enrollment targets. Analyze admission trends, conversion ratios, and lead sources to assess performance and uncover growth opportunities. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance student recruitment and improve conversion efficiency. Monitor performance reports regularly—daily, weekly, and monthly—to track progress and suggest corrective measures when needed. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize campaigns using real-time data and insights on lead performance. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure team productivity and campaign effectiveness. Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure admission goals reflect current market dynamics and program demand. Mentor and lead the admissions team to uphold high service standards, strong conversion results, and operational excellence. Prepare detailed analytical reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Required Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management Sciences is essential. Candidates must have 8 to 12 years of experience in university admissions, marketing, or enrollment management. Proven expertise in interpreting conversion ratios, lead source data, and admission trends to inform performance planning is required. Strong skills in data analytics, CRM systems, and reporting tools are necessary. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication abilities are critical. The candidate should have a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding admissions targets.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with at least 8 years of experience leading or managing an admissions team will be preferred. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the education sector is desirable, along with at least 6 years of experience analyzing admission trends. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Karachi.
