We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Amazon Seller Central Account Expert to take full ownership of our Amazon business operations. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of the Amazon seller account, including financial oversight, procurement, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth on the Amazon platform, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a small team to achieve business goals. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in e-commerce, accounting, and supply chain management, capable of navigating a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Amazon Seller Central account, overseeing product listings, inventory control, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Oversee financial management including profit and loss statements, budgeting, cost analysis, and preparation of financial reports to sustain business profitability.
- Handle procurement and inventory management by maintaining optimal stock levels, managing supplier relationships, and supervising procurement processes to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, refine sales strategies, and expand product lines to maximize revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 4-5 members to ensure efficient operations and high team performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and profitability, implementing necessary improvements to enhance business outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to Amazon’s policies, accounting standards, and operational best practices to maintain business integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong expertise in accounting, including managing profit and loss statements and conducting financial analysis.
- Solid background in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment through a dedicated and hardworking work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in Amazon marketplace operations, ideally 10 years.
- Familiarity with Helium10 and PPC analytics tools, with at least 5 years of experience preferred.
- Background in IT and Telecom industries is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Competitive market salary starting from Rs300,000 per month.
- Performance-based commission opportunities available for additional earnings.

- Onsite position located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
- Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Lahore if required and work night shifts in an office-based environment.
