Head of Creative

 Job Summary
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Head of Creative.We are seeking an experienced and hands-on creative leader to own and execute all visual creative across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will design high-quality assets for digital marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own the creative direction and execution of visual assets across client accounts.
Design creative for social media, paid ads, email/SMS campaigns, branding, and web/app support.
Translate client briefs into compelling, conversion-focused designs.
Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
Collaborate with Copy/Content and Outreach teams to align creative with campaign goals.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and revisions independently.
Identify future creative hiring needs as workload grows.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in creative design, preferably in an agency environment.
Experience working with international, especially US-based, clients.
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, paid advertising, branding, and email marketing creative.
Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times.
Comfortable working during core US business hours.
Preferred
Motion graphics and video editing skills.
UI/UX design experience.
Experience building brand identities from scratch.
