We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Growth & Sales to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for Concept Loop’s circular economy solutions. This senior leadership position is ideal for an experienced sales and business professional who has a deep understanding of complex B2B and industrial solutions and a strong passion for sustainability and climate impact. The role involves overseeing the entire growth and sales function—from defining go-to-market strategies to closing high-value deals—while working closely with the founding team, engineering, and operations to align business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute the growth and sales strategy for Concept Loop’s circular economy and waste-to-energy offerings. Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and use cases across industrial, commercial, municipal, energy, and ESG-focused clients. Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets to ensure steady and sustainable growth.

Sales & Business Development: Lead complex enterprise and solution-based sales cycles, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Create compelling value propositions and ROI cases to drive customer adoption of circular economy solutions. Engage with CXOs, sustainability leaders, plant heads, and other key decision-makers. Foster strategic partnerships, pilots, and joint ventures with industry players, waste generators, energy buyers, and ecosystem partners.

Market Expansion & Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with corporates, governments, utilities, NGOs, and sustainability networks. Represent Concept Loop at industry events, climate forums, and stakeholder meetings. Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities within the climate tech and circular economy sectors.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Recruit, develop, and scale the sales and growth team in alignment with company expansion goals. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer feedback shapes product roadmaps. Partner with marketing to craft messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.

Reporting & Performance: Track key performance indicators such as pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs. Provide regular updates to founders and leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities related to growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth leadership, preferably within climate tech, clean energy, industrial solutions, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of circular economy principles, sustainability, waste management, energy, or decarbonization solutions.
- Experience engaging with enterprise, industrial, or government clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach to execution.
- Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience selling waste-to-energy, recycling, ESG, energy efficiency, or industrial automation solutions.
- Established network within sustainability, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams from early stages through growth phases.
- Familiarity with carbon markets, ESG reporting, or sustainability frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs120,000 - Rs350,000 per month
Work Location: On-site
