Job Description

The Head of HR will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. This senior leadership role requires overseeing the entire HR function within a dynamic financial services environment, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in the values of Integrity, Excellence, and Leadership. The successful candidate will lead people-centric initiatives focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive organizational growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure operational excellence and deliver strategic value across the organization.
- Drive effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates at all levels and across diverse functions.
- Design and manage succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Oversee HR operations including HR information systems (HRIS), reporting, policy development, and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7 to 8 years of proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee management.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning and development programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly compensation package ranging from Rs450,000 to Rs500,000.
