Job Summary

Monitor and maintain engineering works related to the budgeting, planning, execution, maintenance of existing facility including warehouse, warehouse equipment, Utility and HVAC equipment of Getz Pharma – Ceph and Carbapenem facilities. Develop URS, plan and install new Warehouse, Utility and HVAC equipment and its commissioning and validation of Getz Pharma – Ceph and Carbapenem facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the risks are proactively assessed and managed in Plant & Machinery areas.
Coordinate with production, quality operations and supply chain to ensure seamless provision of utilities.
Coordinate with government authorities for legal compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plant equipment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Prepare and implement maintenance schedules of all Warehouse, Utility and HVAC equipment.
Coordinate Maintenance activities with Planning, Production Ceph plant (Sterile and non-Sterile, Manufacturing & Packaging), Production Carbapenem plant (Sterile and non-Sterile, Manufacturing & Packaging), Warehousing, QC and Analytical services of both Plants.
Develop and modify Standard Operating procedures of all Utility and HVAC equipment and plants.
Develop and modify SOP for facility maintenance including warehouse and offices.
Installation and commissioning of all new Equipment to support production, warehouse and office areas and its validation activities till commercial production. 
Provide strategic oversight for plant expansion, equipment upgrades, and modifications to existing machinery and services, aiming to boost overall productivity and efficiency.
Responsible for managing all HVAC validation functions including testing, adjustment and balancing work. 
Establish energy management programs that include setting appropriate targets and conducting periodic reviews.
Develop upgrade / new control systems for old Utility equipment and plants.
Ensure that all Engineering activities are performed meeting the cGMP requirements.
Prepare CAPEX budget and process it throughout the year as per the requirement.
Set objectives and KPIs for the engineering team and review performance.

Skills, Qualification & Experience

At least a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)
13+ years of relevant experience
Operations and maintenance management, scheduling and controls
Financial budgeting
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad, 2D/3D Modelling, Drafting
