Bismillah Hospital is looking for a professional and Hospital Receptionist to join our team.

Position: Hospital Receptionist (Past experience in Hospital Only)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors
  • Manage appointments and patient registration
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain patient records and billing information
  • Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation
