HRCONSOL is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join a prominent hotel in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, payroll, employee relations, administration, and fleet management. This position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and promoting a positive, efficient work environment within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Oversee the complete HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and files while addressing employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism. Support performance management processes and drive employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity and morale.

Payroll & Compliance:
Handle payroll processing to ensure timely salary payments. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies at all times. Prepare and maintain detailed HR reports, attendance logs, and leave management documentation to support compliance and operational needs.

Administration & Operations:
Manage administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, and vendor coordination. Oversee the company’s fleet operations, ensuring efficient management and maintenance. Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments to support the hotel’s overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR & Admin role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or service sectors. Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance standards is essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also necessary to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary package ranging from PKR 60,000 to 80,000.
