HR Executive

We are looking for a committed HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role is crucial in managing recruitment processes, improving employee relations, and supporting various HR functions. The position is full-time, operating on a morning shift from 12 pm to 9 pm, and offers a competitive monthly salary starting at Rs50,000. The successful candidate will be actively involved in recruitment activities, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate HR records. This is an in-person role requiring hands-on engagement within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the recruitment process by preparing detailed job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing the entire hiring workflow. Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance recruitment efforts and build a strong talent pipeline. Design and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications thoroughly, and provide well-informed recommendations to hiring managers. Address employee queries and concerns promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Foster positive employee relations through open communication and by applying conflict resolution strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases to support organizational needs. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to facilitate informed decision-making. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with candidates and employees. Proven ability to manage confidential information responsibly and maintain discretion in all HR matters is a must.
