HR Executive

The HR Executive will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day human resources functions across multiple retail stores. This position ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance with relevant labor laws, and provides essential HR support to store operations. The role requires close collaboration with store managers and the HR team to maintain effective HR processes and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for staff at both retail stores and the head office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, oversee attendance monitoring, and manage leave requests efficiently.
- Coordinate payroll inputs to guarantee timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally, including addressing grievances and managing disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management activities such as conducting employee evaluations and managing confirmation processes.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Collaborate closely with store managers to plan manpower requirements and resolve HR-related challenges promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HR or attendance management software.

This full-time, in-person position is based in North Karachi and reports directly to the HR Manager. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs50,000.
