Hamdard Pakistan is seeking a dedicated HR Executive with at least one year of experience to join its human resources team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations. This role involves managing the recruitment process end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding new employees. The HR Executive also supports organizational development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training coordination, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems is essential to efficiently carry out recruitment and HR management tasks. This position does not require team management but involves close collaboration with various departments and external partners such as universities and job fair organizers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and completing the onboarding process.
  • Use the HRMS portal actively to run recruitment activities and maintain accurate records within the system.
  • Create and maintain recruitment trackers, management information systems, and detailed reports primarily using Excel to monitor hiring progress and trends.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and maintain strong relationships with university career offices and contacts.
  • Support organizational development initiatives including employee engagement programs, conducting surveys, and coordinating training sessions to enhance workforce skills.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and human resource information systems to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of employee onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other departments to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Assist in maintaining updated employee records and documentation according to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes by providing feedback and suggesting modifications to existing workflows and systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee management to contribute to the company’s HR strategy.
