This role involves managing the recruitment process end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding new employees. The HR Executive also supports organizational development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training coordination, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems is essential to efficiently carry out recruitment and HR management tasks. This position does not require team management but involves close collaboration with various departments and external partners such as universities and job fair organizers.
