Marwat Group is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage and enhance all human resource functions within the organization. This role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a supportive and productive workplace environment. Managing a team of one, the HR Executive will play a vital role in coordinating HR operations that align with Marwat Group's goals and culture. The HR Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to address employee relations matters, administer payroll and attendance, and coordinate talent development efforts. This position requires a thorough understanding of HR information systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records and generate insightful reports. With five years of relevant experience and a commitment to confidentiality and detail, the candidate will contribute significantly to the company's human resource initiatives and its overall success.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate new employees effectively.
  • Administer company HR policies and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving grievances and conducting disciplinary procedures to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Support performance management systems by facilitating appraisals and contributing to talent development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a strong organizational culture and improving retention rates.
  • Organize and support training and professional development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR information systems data and generate regular HR reports for management review.
  • Provide effective communication and conflict-resolution support to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Manage and guide a small team effectively to ensure daily HR operations run smoothly.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold ethical HR practices.
