HR Executive – Remote (Karachi)

Peak Intl Consultants is looking for a friendly and organised HR Executive to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position based in Karachi. You will be supporting the HR side of our Ireland-based business and will be required to work Ireland working hours.

Main responsibilities:

Recruitment and shortlisting candidates

Arranging and conducting initial interviews

Onboarding new employees

Managing employee records and documents

Tracking attendance, leave and working hours

Following up with staff when needed

Checking daily EOD reports

Preparing HR letters and employment documents

Helping organise staff meetings and training

Supporting management with staff matters

Making sure company policies are followed

General HR and admin support

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous HR or recruitment experience

Has good English communication skills

Is confident dealing with candidates and staff

Is organised and good at following up

Can handle confidential matters professionally

Can use Excel, Google Drive and online systems

Can work independently

Is reliable and responsible

Is based in Karachi

Can work Ireland business hours

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
