Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month
Working days: Mon to Sat

Position Overview

HQ-360 is hiring a Recruitment Executive to support end-to-end hiring for US-based and in house positions. The role involves conducting candidate screenings, structured interviews, and coordinating the hiring process in a professional and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video interviews using a defined interview script.
• Review applicant resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in recruitment tracking systems.
• Communicate with candidates professionally through email and phone.
• Ensure all recruitment activities follow established guidelines and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred.
