Tapmad is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join their team and assist with daily human resource operations. This internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes while ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare, organize, and manage HR documentation and personnel files efficiently
- Coordinate interview scheduling in collaboration with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and overall HR data maintenance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize HR-related events to foster a positive workplace culture
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team to support smooth HR operations

Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in BBA, MBA, BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
