We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources operations at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies, implementing policies, and overseeing all HR functions. This includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The position is full-time and requires in-person presence within a fast-paced tech start-up environment, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent. Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Oversee benefits administration and compensation processes to support employee satisfaction and retention. Lead performance management activities, including appraisal cycles, to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness. Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions when necessary, and resolve conflicts professionally. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with employees and management. The ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment is critical.
