Responsibilities

Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and labor
• Experience with HRIS and HR databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
