  • Managing end-to-end payroll, records, and relevant documentation.
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Processes the company’s payroll every month.
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
  • Provide payroll processing back-up support as and when required.
  • Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
  • Verification and reconciliation of monthly payroll.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
