We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll support, and employee relations for a fast-paced software house. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and must have experience in the software house industry. The candidate should also be comfortable working onsite in the night shift


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for tech & non-tech roles (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Headhunting on LinkedIn & other sourcing platforms.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, documentation & HR database.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, onboarding & exit procedures.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address grievances.
  • Conduct orientations for new employees.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and ensure adherence to HR policies/SOPs.
  • Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, leaves, deductions).
  • Prepare and update monthly HR reports using Excel/Google Sheets.


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a software house
  • Must have at least 2,000 connections on LinkedIn.
  • Strong MS Office (Excel) & Google Sheets expertise.
  • Good understanding of payroll and HR operations.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Timing: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Night Shift)
