Rubatech is seeking a dedicated HR Officer with at least 2 years of experience to handle employee relations and support HR functions effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment through strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves managing a team of 2 persons, requiring leadership and organizational abilities to ensure smooth HR operations. The HR Officer plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of company policies and drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. The HR Officer at Rubatech focuses on maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal regulations, conducting employee onboarding, managing performance review processes, and addressing workplace issues promptly and fairly. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying workforce needs and collaborating with management to meet organizational goals. The candidate should be highly professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and lead a small team of 2 HR personnel to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Support the development and administration of performance management systems.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information as needed.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and absences to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Participate in HR strategy planning aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services.
  • Ensure all HR activities support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
