Job Summary

Our Client, a Canada-based company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR person to support their operations from Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English (both written and spoken), possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with HR documentation, data management, and employee records.
Support recruitment coordination, scheduling, and onboarding activities.
Communicate with the management team and ensure timely HR updates.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
Perform general administrative duties and provide operational support.

Requirements

Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Supply chanin, Marketing in Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Comfortable working night shifts and independently managing on-site responsibilities.
