We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and be capable of sourcing and hiring relevant candidates on a daily basis. This role demands efficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Ensure timely and quality hires in alignment with organizational manpower needs.

Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and regular reports.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.

Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the HR industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
