About the Role:

ABS International is looking for a detail-oriented and driven HR Assistant with a focus on Talent Acquisition to support evening shift hiring operations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in job postings, sourcing candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Post and manage job listings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal portals
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple departments
Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintaining clear candidate communication
Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment documentation
Assist with onboarding processes and HR documentation
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs effectively
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
Proficiency in job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling confidential data
