DotClick is looking for a motivated and skilled HR Executive to join its team in Karachi. This full-time position is based at Shahrah-e-Faisal and offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Saturday. The ideal candidate should be immediately available to contribute effectively to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely and efficient hiring. Conduct employee orientations and oversee smooth onboarding processes. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation. Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Develop, implement, and enforce company policies in compliance with local labor laws. Assist in performance management activities such as goal-setting and employee evaluations. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs. Participate in salary benchmarking and review processes to maintain competitive pay structures. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives. Address employee queries and manage daily HR operations efficiently. Generate HR reports and analyze workforce trends to support strategic decision-making. Support HR initiatives including diversity and inclusion programs to enhance the workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a software house environment. Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws is essential. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English are required. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are important. At least one year of experience in technical recruitment is necessary.

Immediate availability will be given preference. The role requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office. The structured work schedule includes a half-day on Saturdays, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
