KATI is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join its team and oversee comprehensive human resource functions. This role demands a professional with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Masters degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from NILAT. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resource management and demonstrate strong expertise in labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, and HR best practices. The Human Resource Officer will lead a team of five members, ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance standards. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on cultivating a productive and positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will take charge of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the companys goals, managing employee recruitment, performance management, and professional development programs. This role requires proactive engagement with labor-related compliance and administrative responsibilities, while also fostering employee engagement and supporting organizational growth. The Human Resource Officer will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, promoting an inclusive, compliant, and efficient work environment within Kati.
