We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource and Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role requires managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, supporting various HR functions, and leading training and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, HR best practices, and employee development, along with excellent communication and organizational skills to help drive the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational objectives. Utilize multiple recruitment platforms and networks to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Onboarding and Integration:
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees transition smoothly into the organization. Provide necessary training and support to boost early engagement and productivity.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Foster a positive workplace culture through clear communication and timely resolution of employee concerns.
Performance Management:
Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems. Support managers in conducting employee evaluations and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
Training and Development:
Assess training needs across departments and design targeted programs to address skill gaps. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives that encourage career advancement. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update content to ensure impactful learning experiences.
Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall development. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to increase productivity, morale, and efficiency. Work closely with senior leadership to align development goals with business objectives.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in human resources and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
