Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in the Karachi Division. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing HR operations, and HR management processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with organizational policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee needs and concerns.

Qualifications

 

• Strong expertise in HR Management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Experience in HR Operations and the implementation of organizational processes
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Understanding of key aspects of Human Resources (HR) practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
