Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager, based in Karāchi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and labor law compliance.

Key responsibilities also include:

• Developing and implementing HR policies
• Conducting training and development programs
• Maintaining employee records
• Managing payroll and benefits administration
• Collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals

📍 Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (PKT)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance practices
• Experience in creating HR policies and conducting training & development programs
• Proficiency in payroll systems and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with leadership teams
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
